INDUCTION COOKTOPS

Induction hobs are based on electromagnetic induction technology that allows to heat up the cooking pan faster than gas burners. An induction hob only heats the bottom of the pan while the remaining hob surface stays cool and always safe to touch. Since an induction hob is electronically controlled the cooking temperature is adjusted instantly, by a simple touch the appropriated touch button located on top of the glass surface. Our ceramic glass top is very easy to cleanup and can withstand high temperatures without cracking or chipping. It is this highly efficient technology which makes them comparatively more economical to operate as well as very safe to operate.

Induction elements are compatible with most stainless steel and cast iron cookware. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of a pot or pan, it is induction friendly.
